Delete in Cafiqo
- Open Cafiqo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open your profile and settings.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm both deletion prompts.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you cannot access the app, email support@cafiqo.app from the address associated with your account.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes your authentication account, Cafiqo profile, beverage history, profile photo, uploaded beverage photos, and other account data under our direct control. You are signed out when the process completes.
Limited records that may remain
Service providers may retain limited analytics, transaction, security, or backup records for their established retention periods or where legally required. Cafiqo may retain information that has been de-identified so it can no longer reasonably be linked to you. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
Your Apple subscription is separate
Deleting your Cafiqo account or the app does not cancel Cafiqo Pro. Cancel separately in iOS under Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cafiqo. Apple controls subscription billing and refunds.
